How to distinguish the working condition of non-standard bearings
Answer: How the non-standard bearing works will immediately hurt the driving force and rationalization of the vehicle. Now we analyze six simple test standards for non-standard bearing work.
(1) Ignition off method: when the imported non-standard bearings are waiting for speed, seal and control the high-pressure brake pipes from the diesel engine pump to the diesel pump one by one, and investigate the change of transmission ratio and sound of non-standard bearings together. If there is no significant change, it indicates that the cylinder works poorly; If there are significant changes, the cylinder works well.
(2) Temperature sensor method: that is, when non-standard bearings work for a short time, they are good at touching and testing the steam exhaust pipe riser of each cylinder. If the tactile temperature increases, it indicates that the residual oil provided by the cylinder is slightly larger or the oil advance angle provided is too small, which causes a worrying consumption of product oil; If the touch temperature is low, it indicates that the residual oil provided by the cylinder is small, and the centralized incineration treatment is insufficient or does not work.
(3) Listening method: During the operation of non-standard bearings, touch the main diesel pump body with a screwdriver to listen to the sound of each cylinder. If the fire knocking sound is strong, the oil supplied by the cylinder is too much or too early; If there is no fire knock, the remaining oil supplied by the cylinder is too small or the oil supplied is too late or does not work.
(4) Pulse sensing method: non-standard bearings are good at separating and touching high pressure oil pipes of each cylinder during operation. If there is a standard touch of pulsating drink, it indicates that the cylinder works well; If there is no obvious pulsating drink feeling, it indicates that the cylinder is in poor working condition; if there is pulsating drink feeling but no regularity, it indicates that the cylinder is in flameout condition.
(5) Smoke color: there are generally three types of industrial waste gas dust anomalies, namely black gray, dark blue and milky white. If abnormal industrial waste gas is discharged from the exhaust valve, it indicates that each cylinder is abnormal; If there is no discharge from time to time, it indicates that the operation of the independent cylinder is abnormal. The stand pipe of the steam exhaust pipe can be removed to investigate the condition of the smoke control system of each cylinder.
