1. Solar irradiation

2. Liquid drop impression method

After the lubricating grease seeps, if there is black powder on the surface, which is good at touching and has a sense of astringency, it means that there is a lot of sediment in the lubricating grease. Good lubricating grease has no powder, and it is good at feeling dry and smooth, with light yellow marks.

3. Oil discharge observation

Take two measuring cups, one of which holds the grease to be checked, and the other empty into the table. Lift the measuring cup full of grease 30-40 cm away from the table and tilt it to allow the grease to slowly flow into the empty cup. Observe its circulation. The cost-effective grease should be long, thin, uniform and continuous when drained. If the oil drains quickly and slowly, and a small piece flows down, the grease is said to have mildewed.

4. Hand lay

Twist the lubricating grease to cut between the thumb and the ring finger of the left hand. The excellent lubricating grease hand will experience the lubricity. There will be less wear debris and no friction. If you feel such a big friction as the sand grains in the middle of the fingers, then there will be many residues of the lubricating grease that can no longer be used. You should remove and replace them.
