Structural modification of double row angular contact ball bearings

Structural variant of double row angular contact ball bearing

 (1) Standard design of type A bearing with outer diameter less than or equal to 90mm. There is no ball loading gap, so it can withstand equal bidirectional axial load. The light glass fiber reinforced nylon 66 cage is adopted, and the bearing temperature rise is very small.

 (2) Standard design for Type A bearings with an outside diameter greater than 90mm. One side is provided with a ball loading notch and is equipped with a steel plate pressing cage or a brass solid cage. 

(3) Type E is a reinforced structure with a ball loading notch on one side, which can accommodate more steel balls, so its bearing capacity is high.

 (4) Double row angular contact ball bearings with dust-proof covers on both sides and A-type and E-type designs with sealing rings on both sides can be equipped with dust-proof covers (non-contact) or sealing rings (contact) on both sides.
