1. Cleaning method. For angle contact bearings hardened with soft dry oil or anti rust paste, they should be immersed in hot engine oil at 100 ℃ - 200 ℃. Clamp the bearing with pliers and clean the oil stain on the bearing surface with a brush. When the stubborn oil stain on the surface is heated to 100-200 ℃ in the hot oil, it will melt and fall off, and be removed along the brush. At this time, turn the pliers to make each surface be washed clean. When cleaning the stubborn and dirty bearings, they can be disassembled and immersed in hot oil, and then reassembled after the rollers, inner and outer rings and steel rings are washed clean. At the same time, when cleaning the bearing, the oil temperature shall not exceed 200 ℃ to prevent the oil from burning. At the same time, spare parts shall not contact the bottom of the container as much as possible to avoid bearing steel from being softened and deformed when the temperature is too high.
