Maintenance Measures for Angular Contact Bearing

After fixing the bearing, move the wooden rod laterally to check whether the bearing is worn or loose. It is determined that angular contact ball bearings with serious looseness, excessive rotating noise and serious defects shall be eliminated in time and replaced with new bearings of the same model. They cannot be used continuously to save costs. After the cleaning and inspection of the bearing is completed, use a white cloth to dry or air dry the cleaning agent. Melt a proper amount of grease or yellow dry oil with a gentle fire.

Then put the tested angular contact bearing into a barrel and soak it until no bubble overflows. Take out the bearing after the grease cools down. Because the bearing is taken out before the grease cools down, the amount of residual grease is small. After the grease cools, take out the angular contact ball bearing, and there is a large amount of residual grease. The amount of grease residue can be determined as required.
