耐高温轴承温度升高的处理方法,轴承是机器里面核心的部件,一般是在耐高温、冲击、重载、低速的复杂环境下运行的,因而如果维护不当会出现各种故障。特别是轴承的温度异常会导致运转机器经常断电,严重影响生产进度。
润滑不足
原因分析:润滑油出现不足的原因一般是因为润滑油的种类选择出了问题。一般来说轴承的工作温度比较高,例如磨辊轴承内部的温度接近200℃!如果润滑油的种类不对,那么用于润滑的油就会因为耐高温和高压而变质或者被蒸发,从而失去对磨辊轴承保护和润滑的功能。
除此之外,如果润滑油过少,或者更换不及时,都有可能让润滑油失去其原有的功效,导致轴承不能充分的润滑,也会使得轴承温度上升从而致使轴承过早损坏。
处理方法:为了让轴承的润滑得到保障,在选用润滑油的时候要尽量选择粘度和在耐高温下较为稳定的合成油脂。每当轴承运行了四个月的时候必须及时的更换润滑油。
