测量耐高温轴承径向游隙的注意事项

轴承的转速主要受到轴承内部的摩擦发热引起的温升的限制,但转速超过某一界限后,耐高温轴承会因烧伤等而不能继续旋转。测量耐高温轴承径向游隙的注意事项:
(1)尽可能采用专用仪器测量法;
(2)采用手推法测量要求测量者有较高的测量技能。此法测量误差较大,尤其是游隙处于边缘状态时,容易引起误差,此时,应以仪器测量为准;
(3)塞尺测量时,应按标准的规定操作,不得使用滚子从塞尺上滚压过去的方法测量;
(4)测量过程中,应保证球落入沟底;闭型轴承在封闭前测量;采用有荷仪器时,测值还应减去载荷引起的游隙增加量。
(5)对于多列轴承,要求每列游隙合格,取各列游隙的算术平均值作为耐高温轴承的径向游隙。
轴承的极限转速是指不产生导致烧伤的摩擦发热并可连续旋转的转速的界限值。因此,耐高温轴承的极限转速取决于轴承的类型、尺寸和精度以及润滑方式、润滑剂的质和量、保持架的材料和型式、负荷条件等各种因素。
