角接触球轴承和轴肩靠紧程度检测方法
1、灯光法
用点灯光源对准轴承和轴肩位置,根据漏光情况进行判断,如果轴承和轴肩连接处不漏光,说明安装靠紧程度良好。如果沿轴肩位置均匀漏光,说明轴承没有和轴肩靠紧,应该对轴承施加压力,让两者靠紧。如果是部分漏光,可能是轴承安装倾斜,可以用锤子、棒子或套筒敲击轴承内圈,慢慢调整校正。
2、塞尺检验法
塞尺也叫厚薄规,是由很多薄钢片组合制作而成,钢片(规片)的厚度不同,用来检测两个结合面之间的缝隙。塞尺的厚度一般从0.03mm开始。检验的时候可以在轴承内圈端面和轴肩的整个圆周多处试插,多插几个位置,如果有间隙且间隙均匀,说明轴承未安装到位,对轴承内圈加压可以让它靠紧轴肩。如果加大压力也靠不紧,说明轴颈圆角部位的圆角太大,把轴承卡住了,应该调整轴颈圆角,让它变小。如果发现轴承内圈端面和轴承肩个别部位塞尺可以通过,可能存在安装倾斜的情况,此时需要拆卸重装。如果轴承以过盈配合安装在轴承座孔内,轴承外圈被壳体孔挡肩固定时,其外圈端面和壳体孔挡肩端面是否靠紧,是否安装正确,也可以用塞尺进行检验。
