角接触球轴承沉淀硬化不锈钢热处理工艺
1、马氏体型、马氏体型沉淀硬化不锈钢的基本热处理程序为:在奥氏体区固溶退火保持1010~1066℃温度,15分钟快速冷却至室温以产生马氏体组织;在480~620℃时效硬化,510~565℃保持30分钟,过时效处理630~676℃保持2~64小时后降到室温。
2、半奥氏体型、半奥氏体型沉淀硬化不锈钢的基本热处理程序为:在奥氏体区固溶退火;快速冷却至室温以产生亚稳定奥氏体;冷却至-73℃左右,使亚稳定奥氏体转变成马氏体,或在760℃左右回火,通过碳化物的沉淀析出来降低奥氏体的含碳量,然后冷却至室温,使奥氏体转变成马氏体;在450~570℃时效硬化。
3、奥氏体型、奥氏体型沉淀硬化不锈钢的基本热处理程序为:在奥氏体区固溶退火;b)快速冷却至室温,产生稳定的奥氏体;在700~800C时效硬化。文中提到的实效硬化,是在调整处理后都需要进行的处理,是强化轴承材料的一种途径,当实效温度高于400℃,会从马氏体中析出金属间化合物,呈现高度弥散分布,起到沉淀硬化作用,在500℃进行实效可以获得高强度和硬度的轴承材料。
