Cylindrical roller bearings

The internal structure of cylindrical roller bearings uses rollers arranged in a flat pattern with spacer cages or isolators between the rollers to prevent tilting of the rollers or mutual friction between the rollers, thus effectively preventing an increase in rotational torque.
Bearings with linear contact between cylindrical rollers and raceways. They have a high load capacity and are mainly subjected to radial loads. The friction between the rolling element and the retaining edge of the collar is small and suitable for high-speed rotation.

In the inner circle or outer circle of a side of the double retaining edge, the other side of the ring has a single retaining edge of the cylindrical roller bearings, can bear a certain degree of a directional axial load.
Double row cylindrical roller bearings, high rigidity for radial load, mainly used for machine tool spindles.
Generally use the steel plate stamping cage, or copper alloy turning cage. But there is also a part of the use of polyamide forming cage.
According to the cylindrical roller bearing collar retaining edge or not, divided into the following various shapes.

NU type, N type, NNU type and NN type apply to the free side bearing. NJ type, NF type, can bear a certain degree of axial load in one direction, NH type and NUP type as fixed side bearing use.
Type NH cylindrical roller bearings are assembled from type NJ cylindrical roller bearings and L-shaped retaining rings. Type NUP bearings should be mounted with the engraved side of the retaining ring facing outwards.
