How to judge whether the angular contact bearing is installed reversely?

How to judge the positive and negative installation of angular contact bearings? Angular contact bearings are generally installed in pairs to improve the overall performance. Three common installation methods are back-to-back (reverse installation), face-to-face (positive installation) and tandem arrangement. Select the appropriate installation method according to the specific use scenario.

1. Front mounting of six types of precision bearings: front mounting means that the narrow edges of the outer rings of two bearings are installed face to face, that is, the internal axial forces point to each other, and the wheelbase is short during front mounting. During installation, the contact angle line of the bearing converges to the direction of the rotation axis, and its ground bearing angle is less rigid. Since the inner ring of the bearing extends out of the outer ring, when the outer rings of the two bearings are pressed together, the original clearance of the outer ring is eliminated, which can increase the preload of the bearing;

2. Reverse installation of Class VI precision bearings: reverse installation means back to back installation. The wide edges of the outer rings of the two bearings are opposite, that is, the internal axial force points away from each other. In reverse installation, the span is long and the shaft stiffness is small. When the bearing is installed reversely, the contact angle line of the bearing diffuses along the direction of the rotary axis, which can increase the rigidity of its radial and axial bearing angles, and the anti deformation ability reaches the upper limit;
