耐高温轴承如何避免使用过程中的烧伤
1.如何处理轴承温度过高的影响
(1).警报电铃会响.
(2).机旁盘水轮机械故障光字牌亮,指示耐高温轴承温度的仪表温度升高,信号继电器动作。
(3).温度计盘(膨胀型温度计)黑针与黄针重合或超过黄针。
(4).发出轴承温度升高的故障信号。
2.轴承高温现象产生的原因:
(1).有可能是轴承的冷却水中断,造成高温现象。
(2).有可能是轴承的油质劣化,油自身不清洁或运行中油劣化。如油中的水分增加会引起油的酸性增大,会降低油的润滑作用,使轴瓦遭到腐蚀,进而造成耐高温轴承温度升高的现象。
