电机定位端轴承放在轴伸端
:轴伸端轴承需要承受电机外界的轴向负荷。同时承受不小于非轴伸端的径向负荷。因此这个轴承的选型可能会比非轴伸端大。有时候由于负荷的差异会大的较多,这有可能带来成本的影响。电机轴伸端作为定位,那么电机发热的轴向膨胀对电机轴轴伸的轴向跳动影响较小。电机维护上的差异。轴伸端的维护需要把电机整个拆下来。
2、电机轴承放在非驱动端:
非驱动端承受的径向负荷小于等于轴伸端,此处定位,那么轴承需要承受有可能出现的轴向负荷。有利于前后轴承平衡。如果可以选择大小一样的轴承,有利于采购成本。电机轴承的定位在非轴伸端,那么电机热膨胀的所有轴向尺寸都会累积在轴伸端位置。因此电机冷态和热态的时候,轴伸端的轴向窜动差异比较大。与外界负载连接的时候需要考虑。非轴伸端维护有时候拆开后端盖即可,但是需要对风扇进行拆解,因此需要考虑维护。
