角接触球游隙调整方法,角接触球轴承的工作间隙理想状态下是在轴承升温稳定后调整的间隙,所以轴承游隙调整应该分两个阶段进行。
1、静态调整:在常温下按照有关的操作规范和技术要求对轴承游隙进行调整,至间隙合适并用手转动应感到旋转灵活;
2、运行后调整:将调整机构适当回松(防止试车时由于温度升高而使轴承突然抱死),进行空运转试验,从低速到高速空运转时间不超过2小时,在速的空运转时间不少于30分钟,轴承应运转灵活、噪声小、工作温度不超过50℃,将调整机构复位并锁紧即可。
轴承游隙的调整和预紧通常是采用轴承内圈和外圈的相对轴向位移来确定的,没有固定的调整数据,是根据具体的设备需求和运行状态来判断游隙是否合适,如需要较小的游隙时,用过盈配合来收缩轴承外圈得到较小的游隙。用过渡配合可得到较大的游隙。学会精密六类轴承游隙调整方法之后我们还需要掌握游隙的测量计算方法,这样才能更准确的把握精密轴承游隙调整是否合适。
