深沟球轴承微动损坏的常见形式。实际上的精密深沟球轴承的微动状态非常复杂,通常按照简化的平面接触模型,按不同的相对运动方向,微动可以分为四种基本运动模式:切向式运动、径向式运动、滚动式微动、扭动式微动。
在事实中,后三种微动经常出现或以两种及两种以上的微动方式复合出现。微动对精密深沟球轴承造成的损害主要有三种方式:深沟球轴承微动磨损、深沟球轴承微动疲劳、深沟球轴承微动腐蚀。其中精密深沟球轴承微动磨损是因为外界振动引起接触表面的相对位移,接触件承载了大量的局部接触载荷,进而导致精密深沟球轴承中钢球和滚道部位的磨损。
精密深沟球轴承微动疲劳指的是精密深沟球轴承承载了疲劳交变应力而引起的微动,导致了精密深沟球轴承接触面的损伤。深沟球轴承微动腐蚀指的是精密深沟球轴承在雨水、腐蚀性气体等环境中使用,在腐蚀性介质的作用下导致精密深沟球轴承接触面的损害。角接触球深沟球轴承在承载法向交变载荷后,在内外精密深沟球轴承内外套圈滚道上留下“伪氏布压痕”的圆形凹坑状微动损伤。
外圈上的微动磨损随载荷增大而减缓,随摆角增大而加重,随循环次数的增加而其磨损增幅减缓。关节深沟球轴承因为在运动时发生微动磨损,进而导致机械手臂的松动或定位不准,进而减少了产品的质量及使用寿命。
